What is Executive Leadership Summit?
This annual event, offered in a convenient one-day format, provides work truck industry decision-makers a unique forum to explore the most important issues and trends influencing the industry. From global implications to individual company strategies, content is geared toward furthering industry knowledge, growth and profitability.

When and where is this year’s event located?
This year’s event is located at Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. Sessions run Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EDT (evening reception from 4:30–6 p.m.). A welcome reception will be held Monday, Oct. 17, from 5:30–7 p.m.

Who should attend?
Each year, work truck industry decision-makers attend to get practical takeaways they can apply to their own situations. Commercial vehicle professionals in any capacity and their teams can come together to collaborate and get targeted information from economists, thought leaders and strategists.

What is the cost to attend? Will discounts be offered to NTEA members?
Advance registration pricing of $399 for NTEA members and $599 for nonmembers is available through Sept. 16. Starting Sept. 17, prices increase to $499 members and $699 nonmembers. Check your membership status.

Can media register?
As always, bona fide editorial media can register as Executive Leadership Summit attendees at no charge. Email summer@ntea.com for media registration.

How can I book my room? Are hotel discounts offered?
NTEA has arranged a special group rate of $191 for Executive Leadership Summit registrants at Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor. Book by Sept. 16, 2022, to receive this discounted rate. Reserve online or call 888-591-1234. Use group code G-NATR when booking online or over the phone.

I just registered. When will I receive a confirmation?
Within 24 hours of registering, you’ll receive an email containing event confirmation details. Badges will be available for pickup on-site.

What does the registration fee include?
Registration includes full event access

Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?
If for some unforeseen reason NTEA should have to cancel or truncate Executive Leadership Summit, attendee agrees its sole remedy for a cancelled or shortened event is the return of all or a prorated portion, as applicable, of the registration fee. Registrants will be responsible for cancellation of travel arrangements or housing reserva­tions and the applicable fees. Attendee cancellations received in writing after Sept. 30, 2022, are not entitled to a refund. Substitutions are allowed. View NTEA’s event policy.

In what time zone will event activities occur?
All scheduled activities will be held in Eastern Daylight Time.

Can I earn continuing education credit by attending Executive Leadership Summit?
International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) awarded NTEA the industry-respected Accredited Provider status. IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET continuing education units (CEUs). 

If you’re attending Executive Leadership Summit and are interested in obtaining a certificate of achievement with IACET CEUs, please complete the CEU section in the overall conference survey you’ll receive via email following the event. A PDF of the certificate will be sent once attendance is verified.
