What is Executive Leadership Summit?
This annual event, offered in a convenient one-day format,
provides work truck industry decisionmakers a unique forum to explore the most important trends influencing the industry. From global implications to individual company strategies, content is geared toward furthering industry knowledge, growth and profitability.

Is this year’s event being held in person? Will there be a virtual element?
Executive Leadership Summit will be held in-person for 2021. No virtual options will be offered.

When and where is it located?
This year’s event is located at Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio. Sessions run Tuesday, Oct. 12, from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EDT (evening reception from 4:30–6 p.m.). A welcome reception will be held Monday, Oct. 11, from 5:30–7 p.m. View full schedule.

What health and safety protocols will be in place at Executive Leadership Summit?
Your health and safety are our top priority. We are closely monitoring CDC recommendations, and will follow state and local guidelines for masking and other health protocols. The City of Columbus recently implemented an indoor mask mandate for individuals ages 6 and older, which will be in effect for participants at this year’s Executive Leadership Summit. The mandate provides for an exemption while actively eating and drinking. 

Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?
If for some unforeseen reason NTEA should have to cancel or truncate Executive Leadership Summit, attendee agrees its sole remedy for a cancelled or shortened event is the return of all or a prorated portion, as applicable, of the registration fee. Registrants will be responsible for cancellation of travel arrangements or housing reserva­tions and the applicable fees.For your planning purposes, please note attendee cancellations received in writing after Sept. 30, 2021, are not entitled to a refund. Substitutions are allowed. What time zone are event activities?
All scheduled activities will be held in Eastern Daylight Time.

I’m bringing several team members to the event. Can I reserve separate meeting space at the Hilton?
Yes, Hilton meeting rooms are available and may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing varies by meeting space size. Email jenelle@ntea.com for more information.

What is the cost to attend? Will discounts be offered to NTEA members?
Registration prices are $499 for NTEA members and $699 for nonmembers. Check your membership status.

Can media register?
As always, bona fide editorial media can register as Executive Leadership Summit attendees at no charge. Email summer@ntea.com for media registration.

How can I reserve my room?
Book online or call Hilton Columbus Downtown at 614-384-8600. Per Hilton’s policy, hotel cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

I just registered. When will I receive a confirmation?
Within 24 hours of registering, you’ll receive an email containing event confirmation details. Badges will be available for pickup on-site.

Can I earn continuing education credit by attending Executive Leadership Summit?
International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) awarded NTEA the industry-respected Accredited Provider status. IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET continuing education units (CEUs). If you’re attending Executive Leadership Summit and are interested in obtaining a certificate of achievement with IACET CEUs, please complete the CEU section in the overall conference survey you’ll receive via email following the event. A PDF of the certificate will be sent once attendance is verified.
