“Matt was selected to be my successor, because of his leadership abilities, view of the market, alignment with the historical values of Aero as an industry innovator and connection to the customer.” said Jim Tuerk, Chairman of Aero.
"I am honored to have the opportunity to lead this remarkable organization," said Matt Decker. "Having worked alongside our talented employees for the past 3-1/2 years, I have witnessed firsthand the strength of our culture and the trust our customers place in us. I look forward to building on our momentum and creating new opportunities for growth and innovation."
Under Decker's leadership, the company will continue focusing on strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, customer success, and innovation while strengthening its position in key markets. He is a trusted leader who understands our culture, customers, and strategy and is stepping into a broader role to accelerate the company's next phase of growth.
