ZORG North America LLC announces the introduction of its new line of rodent-resistant camera cables, designed to help protect exposed camera wiring from damage caused by rats, mice, and other rodents in demanding commercial vehicle applications.
Camera cables installed on agricultural equipment, grain hoppers, sanitation trucks, and other commercial vehicles are often exposed to environments where rodents can damage wiring, resulting in costly repairs, equipment downtime, and loss of camera functionality.
ZORG’s new cables feature specialized braided outer shielding incorporating a bitter deterrent and fibers designed to discourage rodents from chewing through the cable. This added layer of protection helps maintain reliable camera-to-monitor connections in applications where conventional cables may be vulnerable.
The cables feature GX-style 4-pin male-to-female HD video connections and are available in four lengths: 4003-ROD (3 m / 9.8 ft), 4005-ROD (5 m / 16.4 ft), 4010-ROD (10 m / 32.8 ft), and 4020-ROD (20 m / 65.6 ft).
