ACARI Engineering announced the acquisition of AutoExec, a trusted manufacturer of vehicle-based mobile workspace solutions for fleet operators and commercial vehicle professionals across North America.
The acquisition pairs two companies built around the same core principle: increasing the functionality of a vehicle without permanent modifications. ACARI's drill-free mounting platforms allow fleet operators and upfitters to add professional-grade warning lights, cameras, and accessories to the roof without drilling a single hole. AutoExec's interior solutions, including vehicle desks, tablet and laptop mounts, and cab organizers, extend the working capability of the same vehicle from the inside, with no cutting, drilling, or permanent modification to the cab. Together, the two product families give fleet professionals a complete vehicle productivity platform they can configure, reconfigure, and remove cleanly when vehicles cycle out of service.
The acquisition positions the combined company across the fleet, utility, and commercial upfitting channels both brands already serve. AutoExec's established presence in online retail and through national reseller networks, combined with ACARI's growing upfitter and dealer channel, extends both product lines to a broader professional customer base than either company could reach independently.
The two companies share more than a product philosophy. Both A CARI Engineering and AutoExec are family-owned American manufacturers committed to building their products in the United States. ACARI engineers and manufactures its drill-free mounting systems in Deep River, Connecticut. AutoExec has been building vehicle workspace solutions in Grand Rapids, Michigan since 1993. Together, they serve fleets, upfitters, and commercial operators across North America.
