Stellantis Pro One, Stellantis’ global business unit dedicated to commercial vehicles, presented its ambitious strategy at the Investor Day. It outlined the path to strengthen its position in a fast-evolving industry and accelerate its transformation into a full ecosystem provider for professional customers.
Building on a strong global presence, Stellantis Pro One stands as a leading player in the sector, with approximately 1.65 million units sold in 2025. The division ranks number one in Europe and South America, number two in the Middle East and Africa, and number three in North America, where it continues to narrow the gap with the market leader. The company continues to reinforce its solid market position supported by a clear strategy focused on product excellence and services integration.
Stellantis Pro One is leveraging its multi-brand portfolio and global reach to deliver “fit for mission” solutions tailored to the specific needs of professional customers across all regions — a strength that underpins the clear objectives set for 2030 at Investor Day: 30% volume growth, global leadership, and a 100% vehicle uptime focus.
A comprehensive product offensive
Stellantis Pro One will introduce 11 new models by 2030 including core models renewal and introduction of new vehicles on uncovered segments. The plan includes the rollout of two new multi‑energy van platforms powered by the STLA Brain architecture: Mid-size and Large Van platforms.
These next-generation platforms will provide a full spectrum of powertrain options, including battery electric, hybrid and internal combustion technologies, with a strong focus on hybrid solutions. They will deliver best-in-class performance in payload, cargo volume and conversion readiness.
In addition, four product renewals will be introduced before 2030: an updated Small Van – with a particular focus on South America –, a major renewal of the class-leading global compact van, and the introduction of two new battery electric powertrains across the line-up, including LFP and NMC new batteries to further enhance range and affordability.
Stellantis Pro One is accelerating the expansion of its global pickup portfolio, leveraging strong regional assets to serve professional customers wherever they operate. In South America, the company will further strengthen its presence through the renewal of the Fiat Strada and Fiat Toro, small and compact pickups, while introducing the new Ram Rampage to North America.
At the same time, Stellantis Pro One is undertaking a full renewal of its full-size pickup lineup in North America, covering light-duty, heavy-duty and chassis-cab versions. These vehicles will deliver best-in-class performance and capabilities, and the first Range extender electric vehicle (REEV).
Looking ahead, the Mid-size pickup segment represents a key strategic priority and a significant opportunity to expand market coverage. Stellantis Pro One will address this segment through a dual approach: developing a new workhorse product that combines affordability and reliability through a strategic partnership already in place, while also introducing a new mid-size Ram pickup for the North American market. Designed to meet the highest expectations in terms of size, capability and performance, this new model will further strengthen the brand’s competitiveness in a highly demanding segment.
From vehicles provider to a full ecosystem: Pro One NEXT, one of five pillars
Stellantis Pro One continues its transformation into a full ecosystem provider, going beyond the vehicle by integrating connectivity, services and Artificial Intelligence to deliver enhanced performance, efficiency and customer value. Through advanced digital capabilities, next-generation vehicles will operate as active elements of a fully connected ecosystem, supporting customer operations, improving uptime and efficiency, and reducing overall complexity and operator stress.
The Stellantis Pro One ecosystem is structured around five key pillars:
- Data & Connectivity, to enhance the full “over-the-air” updates and AI-native interaction between driver and vehicle;
- Pro One NEXT, Stellantis Pro One Uptime command center;
- Integrated Services, including In-house financing, renting, insurance and charging solutions;
- Stellantis CustomFit program, the conversion and personalization solutions that integrates base vehicle features with specific customer modifications, both in-house and through a global network of over 550 certified partners, delivering top quality with improved lead time;
- and finally, a strong professional network, offering a strong territory coverage with over 21.000 professional service points.
At the core of this approach is Pro One NEXT, an advanced uptime solution currently piloted in Europe, through dedicated Command Centers, enabling real-time monitoring and proactive case management to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
By integrating data, connectivity and service capabilities, Stellantis Pro One is shifting from a traditional hardware provider to a full ecosystem partner, supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicles.
This model allows faster intervention through coordinated dealer, parts and technical networks, ensuring reduced cycle times, improved predictability and enhanced business continuity for customers.
“With Pro One NEXT, we are taking a decisive step forward in the way we support our customers’ business,” said Eric Laforge, Global Senior Vice President Stellantis Pro One. “By combining data, connectivity and operational expertise, through the deep integration of dealers, the Command Center, and Stellantis Parts & Technical Services, we can proactively manage vehicle uptime, reduce complexity and deliver tangible value every day. This is how we strengthen our role as a trusted partner for professional customers.”
The Command Center plays a key role in this transformation, strengthening customer engagement while delivering tangible operational value, including lower costs and with the ambition to strive toward 100% vehicle uptime.
Looking ahead, the integration of artificial intelligence and data-driven services will further enhance scalability and enable new use cases, including proactive fleet management and recurring service-based solutions.
Future Breakthrough: Autonomous “Box on Wheels” Concept vehicle at IAA Hannover Autoshow, Germany
Building on this foundation, Stellantis Pro One is introducing a “box on wheels” concept, a breakthrough solution designed as a full ecosystem, enabling new use cases and business opportunities.
In particular, with “Box on Wheels,” Stellantis Pro One is rethinking last-mile delivery, offering a zero-exhaust-emission, driverless vehicle combined with a full set of services designed to streamline operations and significantly reduce operating costs.
This autonomous vehicle will be showcased at the IAA Hannover Auto Show on September 14, 2026, where Stellantis Pro One will present its vision for professional mobility.
