Here to help you

One thing is certain, NTEA is here to help.

When serving the work truck industry is your mission, it’s not about if — it’s about how. Supporting your efforts during this unprecedented time is a designation we take very seriously.

In a time when you need answers, we’re here. While we can’t solve what’s challenging our industry right now, the NTEA team continues to work, in remote and modified environments, to ensure members get the support needed.  At this time, it is critical that we focus on our families, employees and communities.

How NTEA is helping

  • We encourage you to continue contacting us with your technical questions and industry inquiries — access support via email at info@ntea.com. We're here.
  • NTEA will not cancel any Association or Affiliate memberships for the next 90 days to ensure the industry has access to the tools they need to keep the country moving forward.
  • NTEA is connected with North American governments and regulatory bodies and will continue to update what announced changes mean for the work truck industry. Updates are shared via social media, email and posted on ntea.com/covid-19.
  • The Association is helping members access benefits like data reports and workforce development training and tools by expediting account updates and activating login credentials. Tools like TE101, TE201, NTEA News, WorkTruckCert, and more, are designed to help keep the industry looking ahead.

Lastly, we value and respect your membership and the trust you’ve put in the Association. We’re listening. We’re here!

Stay healthy and safe
