Upfitters’ recall responsibilities

Recalls are not just for passenger car, truck and truck chassis OEMs; they can also affect upfitters and equipment manufacturers. As final-stage manufacturers and alterers, upfitters have many of the same recall responsibilities and obligations as chassis manufacturers.
