Resolving FET issues for new specialty trailers

​​​​​​​Most specialty trailers are specifically designed for a tailored function. These trailers are moved over public roads to their destinations, and sometimes move locations more than once, as needed. Some NTEA members are facing issues with addressing the proper tax implications regarding off-highway usage and understanding the potential taxability to know how much, if any, FET is owed.
