Identifying proper certification labels

NTEA fields many certification label calls from members, with most asking when to use an altered certification label and how to identify the appropriate final-stage label. Upfitters are responsible for properly certifying vehicles being completed. Likewise, fleets and truck dealers should be aware of label usage guidelines.
