Hazardous materials regulations for tanks

Some members are being asked by customers to build or install tanks for carrying oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, grease and other liquids. (Note: these requests do not involve fuel tanks, which are governed under different rules.) Members are unsure if they can build the tanks and seek more details on possible regulations.
