FMVSS 202a/CMVSS 202: Head Restraints

In comparing light vehicles from the earlier part of the millennium to today, headrests are one of the more noticeable differences between vehicle interiors. It’s not only size and orientation of these seating safety features, but also their presence in some rear seating applications where they did not previously exist.
