FET on vacuum trucks and equipment

​​​​​​​Sales of large vehicles bring up the subject of FET along with hope that the vehicle may somehow meet an exemption from the tax. Large specialty vehicles, such as vacuum trucks, can easily play into this hope, due to design features that seem to fit a couple of similar exemptions for off-highway vehicles and mobile machinery.
