Conflicting/missing tire and rim information

NTEA members must occasionally navigate tire and rim information mismatches in order to determine what details to use on the certification label. The difference being the information printed on, or missing from, the incomplete vehicle document for a new incomplete vehicle compared to what is actually installed on the vehicle.
