Vehicle certification considerations when combining new and used components

We have customers who want our company to transfer their old truck body to a new incomplete truck chassis. Additionally, other customers want us to refurbish their older trucks using a glider kit (new cab, front axle and frame rails). What does this mean to our company when it comes to vehicle certification?
