Zorg North America is a leader in the Upfitter Vehicle Parts market and is seeking a growth-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand market share across the Southeast.
This is a true hunter role built for someone who thrives on winning net-new business and owning their territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive net-new business across Vehicle Upfitter build and Repair Shops, Fleet Service Groups, and Emergency Vehicle Manufacturers.
- Expand territory coverage with fleets, distributors, body manufacturers, and independent shops.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and closing to onboarding and then growing the relationship and business.
- Leverage your Upfitter industry expertise to influence technical buyers and displace incumbent suppliers.
- Spend the majority of your time in the field building face-to-face relationships – 60/40 travel.
You’ll have a strong territory and company reputation with current customers backing you, but this territory is yours to grow.
All team members participate in Product development projects, with open sessions for bringing suggestions and feedback to the product team.
What You Bring:
- Proven hunter mentality with successful territory expansion experience
- Strong knowledge of the Upfitter industry and aftermarket distribution
- Confidence selling to technical decision-makers
- Highly autonomous, competitive, and metrics-driven
Technical experience and understanding of Electrical, ADAS, and Safety products (Cameras, Monitors, etc.), as well as related products, are preferred.
