This expansion is driven by Pritchard’s success in securing exclusive national parts offerings alongside their commercial OEM partners. As part of this growth, we are rebranding to Commercial Service & Parts (CSP), effective immediately.
This expansion strengthens our ability to provide a comprehensive, one-stop solution for all commercial customers, offering top-tier service, parts, accessory installation and upfits, recalls, and warranty support on a national scale. We are thrilled to enhance our offerings and are confident that this strategic growth will allow us to better serve our current customers and attract new ones, further differentiating us from competitors in the marketplace.
To ensure we deliver exceptional customer service, we’ve also rolled out new tools to enhance accessibility and responsiveness. Customers can continue to expect industry-leading response times of two business hours or less.
Additionally, we are pleased to welcome Gary Thorpe as our new Commercial Parts Manager. With over 41 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, Gary brings valuable expertise to our team and will be instrumental in further elevating our service standards.
