NXG Truck Bodies celebrated the grand opening of its new 125,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on Aug. 1, 2025. The event brought together representatives from U.S. Congressman Nathaniel Moran’s office, State Representative Cole Hefner’s office, valued customers, trusted vendors, and local community leaders and officials.

The grand opening marked a major milestone for the company and highlighted NXG’s commitment to reimagining commercial truck body manufacturing. Guests toured the new facility, which features a lean production layout, cutting-edge powder coat systems, and a dedicated technology center focused on product innovation and development of next-generation models.
“This facility isn’t just about growth—it’s about forging a new path and revolutionizing what truck equipment should be,” said Weston Gorman, Director of Marketing at NXG Truck Bodies. “We didn’t just build a plant—we built a platform for innovation, for raising expectations, and for delivering what this industry has been missing.”
NXG Truck Bodies is privately owned and operated by a group of industry veterans who saw a void in the market—one plagued by declining product quality and a lack of meaningful innovation. With decades of combined experience and a clear desire to raise the bar, NXG is committed to building real solutions for dealers, fleets, and end users who demand more from their equipment.
Based in Mount Pleasant, Texas, the new facility positions NXG to lead the industry through elite craftsmanship, strategic investment, and a relentless focus on customer-driven engineering.
