Hillsboro Industries is introducing a new front tall box all aluminum truck bed with a large integrated front toolbox. Hillsboro works hard to listen to their customers’ needs. We have developed the 3500TX based on feedback from our dealer network and customer base. Hillsboro products are exclusively sold through its channel of independent dealers and does not operate any company owned stores.
All Aluminum Construction
The model 3500TX features extruded 6061 aluminum frame and flooring. The 6061 aluminum is 1.43 times stronger than 5000 series and 1.9 times stronger than treadplate that is formed. With the strength of the Hillsboro beds and styling that is unmatched you get a great bed that is functional and strong! The side skirting is designed with .125 aluminum, which is 20% thicker than what you typically see in the industry. The bed also features a stake pocket and tie rail to allow you many points for strap securement. The bed also features our industry leading 25K rear hitch capacity with a 30K GN and flush mount lid. The long sills are adjustable, allowing the ability to fit on different frame widths. With our adjustable headache rack that gives your installers an added feature to match the height of the cab.
Large Storage Capacity
We designed the boxes for storage in mind. Our large toolbox door openings and stainless-steel latches make hauling your important tools and other items a top priority. The front tall box has up to 21.92 cu.ft. of storage depending on the model. The 84” cab chassis model features 2 front tall boxes with a combined storage capacity of 61 cu.ft capacity. All TX beds will come with 1 adjustable storage shelf standard and have optional shelves to add.
