Women in Fleet Management (WIFM) will be hosting a panel discussion during Work Truck Week 2026 in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
The session, entitled, Beyond Instinct: How to Engineer Confidence into Your Daily Life, will be moderated by Amy Hudson. Panelists include Genie Bandy, Shelby Simpson and Charlie Mahoney. The panel will discuss the transformative concepts laid out in Juan Bendana’s book, Confident by Choice, and explore whether confidence is an innate trait or a skill that can be consciously developed.
