We sell truck chassis with permanently mounted snowplow equipment. The truck chassis have a GVWR greater than 33,000 pounds. Is an otherwise taxable chassis exempt from the Internal Revenue Service Internal Revenue Code Section 4051 FET if the chassis is permanently installed with snowplow equipment?
