Indiana LTAP: Project Management for Local Agencies

Participants will learn the fundamentals of project management, including setting clear objectives, developing realistic timelines, allocating resources, and coordinating with stakeholders. The course offers practical approaches to addressing common challenges local agencies face, such as budget constraints, regulatory requirements, and communication across departments.
