Ben Winter
Vice Chairman/Business Development
Transfer Flow (Chico, California)
I can’t believe it’s already been a year! As my time serving as NTEA’s Board chairman comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the opportunities and challenges we’ve experienced together over the past year. Serving in this role has given me the privilege of working alongside an exceptional group of leaders, volunteers, and staff who are deeply committed to NTEA’s mission. Together, we have worked collaboratively to ensure the Association remains a strong, forward-looking voice for the work truck industry.
Though my term as chairman is concluding, my commitment to NTEA and our collective mission has not changed. I remain aligned with the mission and direction of the Association and can’t wait to watch it soar. I look forward to continuing to contribute as an active and engaged member of NTEA, and to seeing how our collective efforts shape the year ahead.
I want to thank you for the trust and support you have given me since starting this position. It has been a privilege to serve as your Board chairman and to represent an industry that plays such a vital role in our economy and communities. I encourage you to take advantage of the many opportunities I’m confident lie ahead for the work truck industry.
I look forward to seeing many of you at Work Truck Week 2026 and to continuing our conversations in the months ahead. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve.
