Agreement
This NTEA Agreement covers the usage of the logos on this website. The NTEA corporate logo, brand logos, subbrand logos and affiliate division logos are the property of NTEA but may be used as described by NTEA members, media, exhibitors or training partners in good standing in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Conditions
1. NTEA corporate logo, brand logos, subbrand and affiliate
division logos are the sole and exclusive property of NTEA. NTEA retains
all rights to the usage of the logos. Any failure to comply with the following
terms and conditions may result in the immediate revocation of this license, in
addition to any other sanctions imposed by NTEA. The interpretation,
compliance and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be made by NTEA in its sole discretion.
2. The logos are made available to parties in various formats. The
logos may not be revised or altered in any way, and must be displayed in the
same form as produced by NTEA.
3. Various logos may be used as described by NTEA members, media, exhibitors or training partners in a professional manner by the user to signify membership in NTEA or promotion of NTEA’s organization or events. Use of NTEA logo is the sole discretion of the NTEA. If it is deemed that a user violates any of these terms, the user will be contacted by NTEA.
4. No rights are granted for users regarding use of these logos beyond
the terms and conditions of this limited and revocable agreement.
5. Any questions
concerning the use of the logos or the terms and conditions should be directed
to NTEA Senior Director
of Communications and Public Relations Summer Marrs. Any proposed
usage that deviates from this agreement must be reviewed by NTEA and
approved in writing.
