Why was Truck Product Conference canceled?
NTEA and its Board of Directors made the difficult decision to cancel our 2021 Truck Product Conference, given the significant constraints the commercial vehicle technical community is currently facing. As much as we’d prefer to connect in person, the impact of continuous supply chain delays and disruptions, labor shortages, and various other factors in your local regions, are placing additional demands on your companies, and NTEA wants to support and not interrupt your essential business operations.
Were registration refunds issued?
All Truck Product Conference registration fees have been refunded (registrants were contacted separately, and receipts were emailed). Please contact registrar@ntea.com with questions or if you need another copy of your receipt.
What is the process for canceling Kalahari hotel reservations?
If you have booked hotel rooms at Kalahari, reservations must be canceled online or by calling 877-525-2427. We recommend canceling before Sept. 14. Cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Note, Kalahari’s standard refund email cites a $30 cancellation charge. NTEA has worked with the hotel to remove this fee, so you will not be charged for cancelling. If you have questions, please contact Kalahari’s reservations team at 877-525-2427.
