DECKED will be showcasing its all-new Tool Box for the first time at Work Truck Week 2026. The new Tool Box is poised to disrupt a stagnant category, as it is more durable, more functional and more theft-and-weather proof than any other truck bed tool box.
How to Find DECKED at Work Truck Week
In its first public display of the new Tool Box, DECKED will stage a takeover of the Indianapolis Convention Center and the surrounding area. Activations include a welcome display inside the convention center’s Maryland St. lobby, a five vehicle exhibit booth (Booth #4113) with hands-on product demonstrations, and new creative branding at the Indianapolis International Airport and throughout the streets of downtown Indianapolis. In addition to Tool Box demos, DECKED’s booth will allow attendees to experience its full product lineup, from Drawer Systems to CargoGlide, and will include daily giveaways.
DECKED will also host a “Tailgate Talk” within their booth on Thursday, March 12 at 10 a.m. ET. This “Tailgate Talk” will be a no-BS conversation between Lauren Fletcher, Vice President of Content at Bobit Business Media and Alexa Rubin, Truck Upfit Manager at Mike Albert Fleet Solutions, to discuss the state of the fleet truck industry. Attendees are welcome to submit questions for Lauren and Alexa to discuss via DECKED’s LinkedIn page.
New Tool Box Already Making a Dent (Without Dents)
The new DECKED Tool Box went on sale in late January, and has already seen impressive sales and purchase trends. One such trend is around the color choices of the Tool Box. For the first time, DECKED customers can purchase a Tool Box in tan, black or white (with more colors coming soon). In its first month of sales, the white Tool Box surged in popularity, gaining early adoption among commercial fleet buyers seeking cohesive branding and long-term durability.
“Throughout development of DECKED’s new Tool Box, the goal was simple: create the best tool box ever made,” said Bill Banta, CEO. “We engineered the DECKED Tool Box with our signature made-in-the-USA quality and performance, which was a challenge we felt obligated to embrace. Our new Tool Box is forward-thinking in its design, offers unparalleled functionality, and is built to withstand the test of time. It’s made for truck and fleet owners who demand the best.”
The Tool Box is able to withstand extreme abuse without compromising functionality. Key product features that make the new DECKED Tool Box different include:
- Near-indestructible construction: Compression-molded, fiber-reinforced SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), a thermoset composite material engineered to deliver steel-like strength without rust, dents or weld failure.
- Superior strength protection, security and weather-tightness keeps tools and gear safe from the most extreme theft attempts and weather.
- Purpose-built organization, with built-in accessory rails that support DECKED D-Co cases and Milwaukee Packout cases, plus smart organization trays and hooks.
- Industry-first, one-touch auto-open lid with patent-pending D-Link gas struts that stay out of your way, offering easy access even with hands full.
- Built to last a lifetime: Ultra-secure, fully weathertight and designed to move truck-to-truck for decades.
- All-new look: The first premium tool box offered with new colors and pattern options, with a clean DECKED logo and a low-profile design that preserves rear window line-of-sight.
The Tool Box is an extension of the DECKED ecosystem, which lets truck owners transform their disorganized truck bed into a secure mobile workshop. It was designed with a form factor that’s compatible with DECKED CargoGlide, DECKED Drawer System (8’ truck beds), DECKED D-Co Cases, and Milwaukee Packout storage systems.
The DECKED Tool Box retails for $1,099.99 MSRP and is available direct-to-consumer at DECKED.com and through authorized SEMA and specialty truck accessory retailers nationwide.
