Alliance Fleet announced it is expanding its geographic presence to better serve customers through its acquisition of Vital Truck & Van, a rapidly growing light commercial vehicle upfitter operating out of Illinois and Colorado.
The combination of Alliance Fleet and Vital is a significant step toward their shared vision to create a national dropship upfitting facility network to better serve national, regional, and local customers through accelerated delivery times, enhanced customer responsiveness, simplified logistics, and tailored solutions.

Mr. Stanley and Mr. Garlock’s deep industry experience, strong customer relationships, and proven operational excellence, combined with the strength of the Alliance Fleet leadership team - led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bell - position the Company well to accelerate the Company’s expansion.
