56th NTEA Board Chair

Peter Miller, 56th NTEA Board chair, serves as executive vice president of business development & sales at Pro-Tech Industries in La Vergne, Tennessee.
Miller joined Pro-Tech Industries more than 30 years ago. He served in various roles, including branch manager, vice president, president and CEO, before assuming his current position in 2016. He has a proven track record of industry experience, and acts as the main point of contact communicating with customer groups.
In addition to his many contributions to NTEA’s Board, he chaired the temporary Truck Equipment 101 Task Force in 2015 and the Finance & Investment Committee in 2017. He served as convention chairman for the Education Committee in 2019.
Miller earned a law enforcement commission from Washington State Law Enforcement Academy, and was a deputy sheriff for Clark County, Washington, from 1997–2000.
