Minimum training requirements for entry-level commercial motor vehicle operators

In accordance with the memorandum “Regulatory Freeze Pending Review” issued January 20 by Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has temporarily delayed the effective date of its final rule on "Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators"' until March 21, 2017.
