Electronic Stability Control Systems for Heavy Vehicles
This standard applies to truck tractors with a GVWR of greater than 11,793 kilograms (26,000 pounds) and buses with a GVWR of greater than 11,793 kilograms (26,000 pounds) with exceptions noted in S3 of the standard. This standard establishes performance and equipment requirements for ESC systems on heavy vehicles.
