Generation
Next Leadership Workshop & Networking Reception
NTEA’s
Generation Next workshop, EQ + TQ = Positive Workplace Climate, held Wednesday,
March 8 from 2:30–5:30 p.m., will address how managing your staff’s emotional
intelligence (EQ) with their teamwork intelligence (TQ) will bring about sustainable
transformation in your workplace climate. Coach Sidney Moncrief, Hall of Famer,
author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and founder of the Moncrief One Team,
will discuss EQ components such as improving relationships, assisting one
another, showing respect, making empathy real and communicating efficiently. He
will also address TQ components like building trust, having resolve,
recognizing responsibility and giving 100% effort. Learn practical strategies
from an experienced professional basketball player and coach that will not only
improve, but transform your workplace climate.
This
session, which is followed by a networking reception, is not included in any
WTW23 registration package. It is available for purchase separately.
