NTEA met up with Manning Equipment LLC, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, with an additional location in Cleveland, Ohio.
Bill Manning founded Manning Enterprises in 1954, and in 1958, the company established the first ship-thru program to further accommodate national fleet customers. The ship-thru solution — an arrangement between Manning Equipment and Ford Motor Company — creates a one-stop-shop approach offering complete products, consistent installation and prompt truck delivery. In 1965, the business introduced a modification center, designed to give customers additional vehicle options not available directly from the factory.
