Karmak announces new employee appointments
Karmak Inc. (Carlinville, Illinois) announced key appointments created to help drive efficiencies and innovation throughout the company.
Jim Allen, previously Karmak’s VP of client services, has been appointed to the position of chief operating officer. This appointment reflects Allen’s broad operational oversight at Karmak and better aligns the organization for growth. As the host of Karmak’s podcast and emcee for their annual Conference, Allen’s close familiarity with clients and partners will continue to serve him well in looking at company objectives.
John Cowan, formerly Karmak’s director of product management, has been appointed to the position of Karmak’s VP of business solutions. Cowan’s knowledge of the industry comes from 20+ years of working on the product management team for business management systems. As a graduate of NADA Academy, Cowan’s knowledge of best practices and business efficiencies will continue to be built into Karmak offerings.
Beth Baker has been promoted to Director of Product Management, reporting directly to John Cowan. With a career at Karmak that spans over 20 years, Baker brings a deep understanding of the industry and customer advocacy to the product management team.
