4/25/25

Work Truck magazine announced Work Truck Exchange (WTX) is returning to Scottsdale, Arizona, on Sept. 24–26, 2025. Applications are now open for fleet managers to be considered for this exclusive, VIP hosted event designed for fleet leaders managing light- and medium-duty truck and van fleets.

Now in its 8th year, WTX has built a reputation as the commercial truck industry’s most intimate and impactful networking experience. The event pairs high-level education with personalized one-on-one consultations, strategic supplier meetings, and peer-to-peer collaboration in a retreat-style setting.

“Work Truck Exchange is where real fleet conversations happen — no fluff, no distractions. It’s the event fleet managers walk away from saying, ‘I wish I’d come sooner.’ The connections are meaningful, the insights are actionable, and the setting makes it easy to actually focus on what matters. If you’re ready to grow your operation, solve challenges with people who get it, and walk away with ideas you can use on Monday morning, this is where you want to be,” said Lauren Fletcher, Vice President of Content at Work Truck and Bobit Business Media.

Fleet managers approved to attend WTX will receive a VIP experience that includes travel, hotel accommodations, meals, receptions, and access to all programming. From one-on-one meetings to focused discussions on real-world challenges, the agenda is designed to deliver actionable insights and long-lasting relationships.

Suppliers participate through a sponsorship package, offering direct access to pre-qualified fleet professionals actively looking to improve operations and explore new partnerships.
