Demountable Concepts expands in-house fabrication capability with new equipment

Demountable Concepts (Glassboro, New Jersey) invested in new high-technology and environmentally-friendly fabrication equipment for their New Jersey facility. This new equipment will allow their production staff to provide quick turnarounds and reduce delays due to parts and materials shortages. their full-service metal fabrication shop guarantees that they can provide high-quality products that are built to last. They can now fabricate a wider range of more complex parts in-house to ensure their demountable equipment is manufactured to the highest standards.

Rustin Cassway, President of Demountable Concepts says, “It is critical to the life blood of manufacturers to invest in technology. This funding allowed us to secure three pieces of “state of the art” metal fabricating equipment that will not only support operational efficiencies for us but will also help lower their energy consumption and shrink their carbon footprint, to the benefit of us all.”

High-Tech Equipment Increases Quality, Reduces Lead Times
A Messer FiberBladeV high speed CNC laser cutter produces a finer level of detail for more intricate shapes and smaller holes on a broader range of materials than the plasma cutter they recently retired. It also makes cleaner cuts, saving time by eliminating the need for finishing work to the cutout. The FiberBladeV cuts mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass from .5 mm to to 1.299 inches thick on a 60“ x 120” table.

The Xpert Pro 250 ton sheet metal bending machine by Bystronic with a 14’ bed enables us to reliably repeat the same bend every time quickly and accurately. It has a higher processing speed, fast clamping system, and outstanding accuracy due to an optical laser and camera based measuring system. It joins their other two brakes and their shear with a 12’ bed.Other equipment and capabilities include:‍

  • Stainless Steel and Aluminum Fabrication
  • Team of Certified MIG and TIG Welders
  • Robotic MIG Welding Station
  • 280 Ton CNC Press Brake with 14’ Bed
  • In-House Engineering Dept.
Manufacturing Best-In-Class Components for their Customers
their logistics solutions offer companies the ability to deliver more products while simultaneously decreasing costs, with savings ranging from thousands to millions of dollars. To ensure a quality product that lasts, they manufacture the components that make these outcomes possible. They also work hand-in-hand with manufacturers and body builders to install their equipment so customers receive ready to operate vehicles. their clients range from fleets operating hundreds of vehicles through local operators with a few trucks. their systems are used to make home, store, and job site deliveries in a wide range of industries.
