The Work Truck Show 2010 and NTEA Convention Housing Bureau is now closed.

It has come to the attention of the NTEA that some companies have been soliciting Work Truck Show 2010 exhibitors, allegedly implying that they are affiliated with The Work Truck Show or the Association. Please note that companies who make these claims are not endorsed or affiliated with the NTEA or The Work Truck Show in any way. Please make an informed decision when booking your reservation. 


For new reservations:
Call toll-free 1-888-882-5202, 8am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) to find out about hotels with rooms still available.  You may also call hotels directly by using the information below.

For existing reservations (changes, cancellations): 
Please call your hotel directly. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit full deposit.

Taxi Service: Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (STL) works with the Metropolitan Taxicab commission to provide first class service to all passengers and airport travelers. Fare from the airport to downtown St. Louis is approximately $35; exact fare depends on final destination. Each taxi will have an Airport Use Fee of $3 per pickup.

Airport Shuttle Service: GO BEST Express provides safe, economical and environmentally friendly airport transportation to all downtown St. Louis hotels. Its shared ride vans offer scheduled stops at six downtown St. Louis hotels and pre-arranged door-to-door service at all other hotels in the downtown St. Louis area. Special rates are available for Work Truck Show guests: $14 one-way and $27 round trip per person. Counters are available at both terminals for assistance. Parking at America’s Center America’s Center is located in the heart of downtown and is easily accessible from major interstates I-70, I-55, I-44 and I-64.
