The Building Blocks of Resistance to Organizational Change

The NTEA recently hosted The Building Blocks of Resistance to Organizational Change webinar presented by Peter de Jager, speaker/writer/consultant, de Jager & Co. Ltd. During the session, de Jager identified specific sources of resistance and provided strategies to help successfully guide an organization's team through change. In addition, he shared key aspects of change that motivate resistance, such as risk, ambiguity, fear, and more. Attendees learned how these underlying issues become apparent and, more importantly, what can be done to minimize their effects.
