What is Truck Product Conference?
This annual event offers the commercial vehicle community the opportunity to learn the latest on new model year work trucks — including key features and changes — and hear critical upfitter modifications from OEMs directly. Attendees receive details on upfitter modifications and support, access body builder information for a variety of models, and participate in live Q&A with leading chassis OEMs.

When is it?
Truck Product Conference is scheduled Tuesday, Sept. 22 through Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020. View event schedule.

Where is it located?
Truck Product Conference will be a virtual event for 2020, so as long as you have a computer or device (smartphone, tablet) and internet, you’ll be good to go.

Who presents?
Leading work truck industry chassis manufacturers present key details on their newest models, including upfitter modifications and body builder information.

Who should attend?
Each year, commercial vehicle distributors and upfitters attend to discover new model year changes and updates. Industry fleets, along with their specification writers and vehicle engineers, can also participate to become familiar with OEM offerings in the coming model year.

How much does it cost to attend?
Truck Product Conference registration is $69 members and $139 nonmembers.

What does the registration fee include?
Registration covers three days of conference sessions and materials, including live Q&A, as well as access to exhibitor and sponsor resource pages, along with recorded presentations, through Dec. 31, 2020.

I work for a chassis manufacturer. Am I allowed to attend competitors’ sessions?
With respect to the confidentiality of OEM exhibitor information shared during Virtual Truck Product Conference 2020, in agreement with the presenting chassis manufacturers, OEM registrants are requested not to attend competitor sessions. Please contact NTEA at info@ntea.com with questions.

I registered for the event. When will I receive login details? Are there pre-conference activities?
Yes, registrants will have access to the conference website prior to the event, which offers key highlights, news and features, including OEM exhibitor and sponsor information. You will receive an email with login details in mid-August.

How far ahead of time should we log in to a session?
We recommend logging in 10–15 minutes prior to the start of each presentation to doublecheck your connection and sound.

If I cannot attend all of the conference presentations, will I be able to access them at a later time?
Yes — all presentations will be recorded and available following the event. Recorded presentations may include PowerPoint slides, handouts, and any other materials provided by OEM exhibitors. Recorded presentations will be available for all registrants to view until Dec. 31, 2020.

In what time zone are conference sessions listed?
The event schedule reflects the Eastern time zone.

Is special equipment required?
To participate, you need a computer or device (smartphone or tablet), internet connection and adequate speakers to project sound.

How does the audio work during the event?
Audio/sound is projected through your computer or device speakers.

Can I earn continuing education credit by participating in Truck Product Conference?
International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) awarded NTEA the industry-respected Accredited Provider status. IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET continuing education units (CEUs). 

If you’re attending any Truck Product Conference presentation and are interested in obtaining a certificate of achievement with IACET CEUs, please complete evaluations for the overall conference as well as each presentation attended. Attendees will receive an email containing links to these evaluations following the event. A PDF of the certificate will be sent once attendance is verified. 

Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?
NTEA regrets that refunds will not be given for any virtual conference registration. The registration permits the registrant full access to content for up to one year. If you have any questions, contact registrar@ntea.com.
