Craig A. Kemmerling
Vice President of Sales
Deist Industries Inc.
Hadley, Pennsylvania
Green Truck Association member since 2012

Craig A. Kemmerling spent 14 years with Meyer Products LLC in various positions, such as regional sales manager, national sales manager, director of sales/customer service and vice president of sales/customer service. During his career, he has traveled extensively outside North America, getting firsthand work truck industry experience abroad. In October 2017, he joined Deist Industries Inc. as vice president of sales for the AmeriDeck/Switch-N-Go businesses.

In 2015, Craig received the Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award from SME Cleveland. He served on the Snow and Ice Management Association Board of Directors from 2006–2013. Craig received lean certification from the University of Akron and participated in Cuyahoga Valley Career Center’s business management program.

Craig would like to join the Green Truck Association Board to get more involved in an area that is so relevant to the future of the industry. He wants to build conversation and collaborate with stakeholders, including chassis manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, upfitters, government entities, fleet management/leasing companies and actual end users (fleet and owner operators). Craig envisions Green Truck Association considering viable technologies and opportunities and educating everyone on an objective basis.

The industry issue of greatest concern to Craig is the lack of mutually beneficial, ongoing collaboration between all parties involved.
