Altered Supplemental NCAP “Stars for Cars” Window Clings are for use by manufacturers that alter a vehicle with the NCAP “Stars for Cars” safety label attached to its Monroney Label (price label). If the vehicle has the NCAP “Stars for Cars” safety label and you have to attach an altered certification label, add this Altered Supplemental NCAP Label as close as possible to the “Stars for Cars” label. Gray labels are used by manufacturers that alter a vehicle — prior to the first retail sale — that has been certified in the final stage. (50 of each label type per package)
