Steve Carey
Executive Director
Steve Carey is executive director of the NTEA, a role he has held since February 2012. In this position, Carey serves as the chief operating officer and manager of the day-to-day affairs of the Association. He directs the staff and oversees development of association programs and activities to ensure objectives are achieved, plans are fulfilled and member needs are met. Bob Johnson
Director of Fleet Relations
Bob Johnson is director of fleet relations for the NTEA, a position he has held since 2004. In this role, Johnson is charged with strengthening the lines of communication between fleet end users and the NTEA members that manufacture, distribute and install commercial vehicle components. Michael Kastner
Senior Director of Government Activities
Michael Kastner is senior director of government activities for the NTEA, a role he has held since 2008. In this position, Kastner is responsible for legislative and regulatory lobbying; and analysis of pending or proposed legislation and regulations that affect the work truck industry. Director of Market Data and Research
Steve Latin-Kasper serves as market data and research director for the NTEA. In this role, he provides research and analysis on markets and economic indicators as they relate to the work truck and trailer industry. Latin-Kasper joined the Association in 1999. Bob Miller
Director of Strategic Opportunities
Bob Miller serves as director of strategic opportunities for the NTEA. In this role, he supports the promotion of the annual Work Truck Show as well as the development and implementation of NTEA educational programs, and visits member companies to learn about business challenges and identify opportunities. Bob Raybuck
Director of Technical Services
Bob Raybuck serves as director of technical services for the NTEA. He is responsible for answering members’ technical questions on matters such as body and equipment installation, weight distribution calculations, lighting requirements, vehicle certification, federal excise tax, chassis/equipment compatibility, and product specifications. Doyle Sumrall
Senior Director of Business Development
Doyle Sumrall serves as senior director of business development for the NTEA. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategic alliances and is instrumental in researching and facilitating partnerships which add value for NTEA member companies.
