The NTEA’s Young Executives Network (YEN) was established in 1996 to give young professionals support in developing skills and building peer relationships in the work truck industry. In February 2013, the NTEA announced the name change from Young Executives Network to Generation Next. Along with the redesigned logo, the name change better represents the group’s role in helping shape the next generation of work truck industry leaders. Generation Next is a progressive organization offering resources and support to young professionals aiming to further their industry careers and knowledge.
