There are various reasons why vehicle certification is important, whether you’re part of the building process, the sales and marketing process, or are a buyer and end-user. A series of laws and regulations help ensure the motor vehicles sold in the U.S. meet specified safety standards.

2. Did you install equipment on a new completed vehicle?
3. Did you modify a new incomplete chassis, such as changing the wheelbase, adding an axle, or other actions?
