Tuesday evening, Len DeLuca, Director, Commercial Truck Sales and Marketing, Ford Commercial Truck overviewed Ford’s marketing strategy for its medium-duty truck line to a standing room only crowd. There, Ford introduced its new 2011 Ford F-Series Super Duty and its 6.7L Powerstroke diesel.



The Green Truck Summit kicked off to an excited sold-out crowd. NTEA President Andrew Outcalt opened the event, which is nationally recognized for its industry insights and world-class presenters. U. S. Representative Gary Peters (MI), known for authoring the Advanced Vehicle Technology Act, was thanked for his efforts and was presented with the first Green Truck Leadership Award.

NTEA President Andrew Outcalt, President of Swenson Spreader and Meyer Products (Cleveland, OH) welcomed a sold-out crowd to the Green Truck Summit today. This year's Summit runs through noon tomorrow and includes 10 general and 15 breakout educational sessions, overviewing hybrid and alternative fuel technologies, applications for commercial vehicles and results of real-world deployment in fleet operations. 


America’s Center was filled with energy on Tuesday night as The Work Truck Show kicked off with the Opening Reception. Just over 1,300 professionals packed the Center in a lively celebration to open this milestone event. With plenty of food, friends and laughter, it was a smashing success.
