Senate FET repeal bill introduced

Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) introduced S. 1839 to repeal the 12% federal excise tax on heavy trucks, truck bodies and trailers. A similar bill, H.R. 2381, was introduced by Reps. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) and Collin Peterson (D-MN) on April 29.
