Over the 10 years I have attended The Work Truck Show®, I continue to look forward to each new chance to learn about the latest equipment technology, take cutting-edge training courses and meet representatives from exhibiting companies.

Work Truck Week 2019 is scheduled March 6–8, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Educational sessions, Fleet Technical Congress, Green Truck Summit, and Manufacturer and Distributor Innovation Conference begin March 5, and the exhibit hall is open March 6–8.

If you or someone you know is new to the work truck industry and would like to meet other new professionals, consider Generation Next. To learn more, visit ntea.com/generationnext or take advantage of any of these opportunities at The Work Truck Show.

Take5

If you’re new to the industry (less than 10 years of service) and plan to attend the Show, you’re invited to Take5 — a Generation Next-sponsored reception on March 5 from 5–6 p.m. that’s free to NTEA member company employees.

Take advantage of this opportunity to socialize with other like-minded industry professionals.

Feel free to invite others — go to worktruckshow.com/take5 for more information. Work Truck Show registration is required.

Generation Next Leadership Workshop & Networking Reception
How to Become a League of Your Own, scheduled March 6 from 3–5 p.m., outlines how creating extreme differentiation in customer experience is a key to success.

Dave Anderson, author, speaker, president of LearnToLead, will share customer experience data demonstrating “getting the wow” is worth it. Attendees will also learn steps for how everyone in an organization can positively impact the customer experience and build a league of their own or take a current one to new levels of performance.

This special session is not included in any registration package — it’s available for purchase separately.

Meet the Board of Governors
Generation Next’s Board of Governors will be at NTEA Booth 3400 March 6 and 7 from 10 a.m.–noon. We would be happy to answer any questions and share information on how to get involved. Remember, it’s free to join and open to employees of NTEA member companies with less than 10 years of industry service. Want to talk before the Show? Feel free to email me at Jennifer.pellersels@altec.com.
