In Macroeconomic Trends and Projections Shaping the Commercial Vehicle Industry — presented by Steve Latin-Kasper, NTEA director of market data and research — get familiar with the economic developments expected in 2018. Learn about market factors that could dictate business activity across NAFTA and the work truck industry — and around the world.

An Outlook for the Work Truck Industry features the combined expertise of Latin-Kasper and Gary Meteer Sr., IHS Markit director of commercial vehicle solutions. Together, they will delve into market size and cab-type/weight class segmentation, giving a status update on primary work truck application markets and a vocational truck sales forecast.          

Eli Lustgarten, president of ESL Consultants, will evaluate primary commercial vehicle application markets and explain how they interact with the U.S. economy at large.
