Recall Details
On certain vehicles, the rear fog lamps may not turn on when they are switched on. Safety Risk: Rear fog lamps that do not turn on could decrease the vehicle’s visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to update the software settings in the body controller.

Recall Details
On certain vehicles equipped with a Cummins B6.7 diesel engine, the electric fuel heater could overheat and melt. Safety Risk: A fuel heater that overheats could create the risk of a fire. This could also cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Cummins will notify owners by mail. Owners will be given instructions for how to inspect the fuel heater for any signs of damage or fuel leakage. If there is no damage or leakage, the fuel heater fuse should be removed. If signs of damage or leakage are found, the owner should contact a local Cummins service location. Owners will receive a second notification when a permanent remedy is available.
